replacement spiral tilt window balance

Question

Here are pics of what I have - one is missing the white plastic part that holds the piece in the window channel. I would just like to replace both so they match - what do I need? The engraving shows 26C BS1. Thank you so much!

Sure, we can replace this balance, but it seems yours has a hook at the top. That means this has to be a custom assembly. We would use our S795-26 but install a 15-198 hook on top.
