I'm looking for 45034 truth hardware operator to open up my window with a straight arm. I ordered one on the internet and the arm was almost 12 inches. In the photo I attached the one I need is the smaller one which the straight arm is only 8 inches. Do you still this product.

It looks like your arm is closer to 9-1/2" long. With that in mind, see our 39-027E and 39-028E.
