replacement window operator

Question

I need to replace the geared part of my window operator. It has "truth" stamped on it. The brass portion that holds crank handle has deteriorated and no longer keeps the handle in place. I have included two pictures.

Hello!

It looks like the worm gear came out with your handle. I'm afraid you cannot replace this part so you'll need an all new operator.

Depending on the length of the link arm, it looks like you could have either the 39-031 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156 operators. Review our dimensions and compare them to yours to see if one of these matches your original assembly.
