replacement window part

A home owner from Southampton says:
Hello. I have enclosed a picture of the split arm crank I need to replace. It looks like it matches the dimensions of the 39-318 Split-Arm Crank Operator. Is there anyway I can confirm this before placing an order?

Thanks,

Joe

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Joe, the best way to confirm if our 39-318 operator is a good replacement for us is to compare your measurements to ours. However, as I am seeing your operator, I am inclined to say that it appears to look more similar to our 39-317 operator. I would encourage you to review both products against yours to be on the safe side.
