Hello! Looks like you need a tilt latch and pivot shoe. The pivot shoe appears to be a good match for our 15-177, though I'm less certain about the latch. It's hard to make out your photo. This could be something like our 26-243 and 26-244 but that is admittedly just a guess. You will need to remove your original and compare its style and dimensions to our specs in order to confirm.
