replacement window pivot

Quick Learner from Des Moines, Iowa
Hello, I have two vinly replacment windows and it appears that the window pivot is needing to be replaced if you can help me with the selection. In two of the images you can see that the metal bushing has fallen out of the broken plastic surround. The other image shows the pivot intact however it's nearly impossible to move up and down. I'll also be needing the bottom pieces that go into the pivot and will provide photos of that as well but I forgot to take those. Thank you. I'm not sure if you can check my past purchase but what I purchased is for the same windows,
thank you

Thanks for posting. This shoe is similar in design to the 15-192, which is used with Certainteed windows. However, the Certainteed pivot shoe has 'aligners' along the body of the shoe that your old one might lack. If so, you'd possibly need to rub down those aligners to get the shoe to fit your window.

There is another possibility. You might be able to replace this entire system with the 15-259 Pivot Shoe. This would entail also replacing the old coil springs with the Series 159. The video below shows how to do this. Take a look and let me know what you think.
