The windows are Pennco (company out of business)

Markings printed on the channel - ( 12 / 2 ) UNIQUE 27-C-30

dimensions 28" long, channel back approx 9/16" maybe 5/8" side channel 1/2"

Thanks for contacting us. I think we can replace this hardware. It looks like you have our S770-28 channel balance, but with a special 62-105 hook attached to the end of the cord, instead of the clip that usually comes with the S770-28 be default. Can you confirm? If so, we can custom make this for you. Just let me know if this is a good configuration and I will send you a custom balance order form and price quote for 12 of these balances.
