It looks like you need new pivot bars. I recommend the 26-040, but you should check to make sure that our dimensions match yours. As for the spiral balance, I believe you have the 9/16" diameter Series 600.

If you also needed a new pivot shoe, then we can help, but I will require the thickness of the original in order to find something in the same size.

I am not sure that you have included all the parts that may be necessary for the windows to operate
properly. there was a spiral (rusted) piece and I wonder if that is part of the long spiral balance or
if it has to be ordered separately. Please advise asap so that I can place one order including everything
that I will need to do these repairs.

The long spiral is part of the spiral balance. If you visit the Series 600 store page, you can see that the balance has a spiral sticking out of the bottom of it, just like yours.

Unless you're referring to something else that's not shown in your photos. If you are, please take a picture of it for me to review.

If you have other parts that you need replacing, then you need to show me what they are. I don't know what's broken and what's not on your window as I don't have access to it. You will need to carefully go over your window, identify what has broken, and show me a clear picture of each part that you want to replace. I can only identify what you show me.
