replacing Andersen 7030A

Quick Learner from Andover, MA
hi, I found your site while looking for hardware to replace Andersen window casings 7030A (2) and B. The 'genuine' Anderson parts are $150+ each. Way too much... I saw a thread where someone recommended the 39-094. Later someone posted that they installed this, but they had to do a lot of work shaving down the window and such. He then recommended the the 39-365 with the 39-504 track. Thoughts on this? I have a bay window with two right cranks and one left. So I was going to order two the 39-365, one 39-366 with three 39-504 tracks and three 39-114L crank handles. please advise!
the track in the picture is about 14" and the arm is about 7.5"
thanks, David

I understand where you're coming from. These older Andersen operators are very expensive. since they aren't made anymore. I think you can use our hardware to replace this, but it will be a little tricky.

The main problem here is the track. Our 39-504 track need to be mounted to the bottom of the sash. Now, yours is mounted at the bottom, but it sticks out from the sash. I can't be sure, but maybe you can use your existing track with the 39-365 operator as long as the end bearing fits. I believe either operator will take some adapting to fit no matter what.
