replacing casement window operator

How do I measure the size and brand of operator so I can order new ones? They say "EntryGuard" by Truth.

Hi there!

From what I can see, it looks like you could have either the 39-031 & 39-032 or 39-155 & 39-156 operators depending on the length of the link arm. We have detailed dimensions on these parts' respective product pages that you can use as a reference to determine which one matches up best.

Hi - it appears that I only need the little black piece that secures the corner of the window to the hinge. How do I get 4 of those? And how to we replace them? Do we need to take out the entire window??? Thanks so much!

I'm afraid we don't sell that black piece separately so you'll need an all new hinge. Start by comparing your dimensions to our 36-048 hinge set to see if this matches up to your old hardware. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

You will need to remove your sash in order to replace your hinges but we have a video that will walk you through the entire process, step by step.
