replacing patio handle

Question

I have a similar problem, needing to replace a door handle on a door with PPG Herculite K inscribed on the glass and IGMAC PPG TWONDOW MONIRLAL [or, more probably, MONTREAL] 1988 on the metal frame that holds the glass in place. I attach photos of the handle.

Any help would be great.

This looks a lot like our surface-mounted 82-005. Check it out and let me know if you think this could work as a possible replacement.
