Thanks for your post! Your coil balance housing can be replaced with the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot and the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing. I am confident these should work as a suitable replacement, for your assembly but be sure to double check their dimensions.

The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040.

These housings are both compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance. I'm not able to read the stamps from the coils, so you'll need to double check them to determine the exact coils needed to complete the balance assembly. The stamp typically indicates the amount of weight the spring can support.

If there aren't any stamps or it is hard to determine, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that number by the total number of coils in the window ( in your case 4).
