Thanks for posting. This looks like it might just be the inner assembly of the roller; the outer housing that goes around it may well still be inside the door. I'm afraid we need to see the entire assembly to identify the roller. The height and thickness of the entire unit, as well as the diameter of the wheels, is also very helpful to know. From there, we can do our best to narrow down the possibilities.

Hello there. Take a look at the roller 81-023, which is 11/16" thick, as well as the 81-279, which is 3/4" thick. They both have the 1-1/4 " wheel like yours. Compare both rollers to yours to see which one lines up best with your dimensions.

A landlord from Lubbock TX says:
I'm going to order both types of wheels you recommend.
What screws should I order?
How many of each screw should i order?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Hey there! Each wheel will need one top mounting screw the 33-103 and one screw to hold the frame together the 33-104. So if you are ordering two rollers each, for a total of four rollers, you will also need a total of (4) of the 33-103 and (4) of the 33-104. Hope this helps.
