Thanks for your post! This sliding patio roller is an older discontinued, Great Lakes caterpillar roller assembly. We no longer have the exact replacement for it but the 81-279 Patio Roller Assembly should work well as a suitable alternative. The wheels roll a lot more smoothly than the threads on the existing assembly.

The adjustment screw is positioned slightly higher on the back of the roller, so you may have to accommodate for that. Carefully look over the specifications to determine if this will work for your repairs.
