I have 9 windows with this hand crank, the round piece at the end of the long arm that slips in to the guide on the window keeps slipping out of track. Can this part be replaced or do you have to buy the whole assembly?

Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure what assembly or part you're referring to. The 20810 isn't a part number, unfortunately. Can you show us a photo of the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible?

Thank you for the photo. This looks like it could be the 39-031 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156 operators. We don't sell the roller wheel separately though. Review the specifications for these parts and see which ones match up with your old assembly.
