s150 - coil balance spring #840 - with loop at bottom

Thank you for contacting us. Are these two pictures in the same window? Your balance shoe looks like our 15-046, which is used with spiral balances. However I see a coil spring balance in your other picture. It looks like our S150-8, which is usually meant to go with our 15-140 balance shoe.

Yes...same window. The parts in the right photo were just laid out on the sill.

The balance split (shown in 2 pieces) broke in half. The piece with the loop was in the shoe and the other was held in the frame by the bushing and screw in the picture.

I think I will order 2 S150-8's and see if they work. There is one could on each side of the window.
