I need S795-26 balancer but with a hook clip as seen in attached photo.

Hi, Bob! Hope you and your family are doing well. We can custom make this balance for you. It's our S795-28 with a 15-198 top clip attached. Before we can start, can you just tell me what the stamp reads? Can you also tell me the width of the "T" shoe? Finally, how many did you need?

Stanp is 26C Width of shoe is 1/4"
