sash Springs

Question

these are metal/Springs about half an inch thick or five eights there are 32 inches tall and I've got plastic parts inside of them I just want to buy the whole spring and hook it back up

The balance manufacturer only sells these channel balances complete. You will not be able to simply buy the spring by itself, unfortunately. We wouldn't advise it even if it were possible. These things are under a lot of pressure and installing them requires special tools and training. It would be far easier and more cost effective to simply replace the balance entirely. Consider our Series 795 channel balance for tilt windows.
