Need old viking parts for 1987 double windows with the number 2820 stamped on the sash balance: First pictures is the channel balance top wing that measures and looks like your part 19-005. Three of the pictures are of the channel balance shoe ends.
Please verify which plastic parts (top wing, channel balance) I should be purchasing for both ends.

Hi there!
It looks like you have our Series 395 channel balance with a stamp option of 2820. The Series 395 uses our 19-005 for the top attachment and our 15-001 for the bottom attachment.
