This piece has a plastic spring loaded support that keeps the sash in track but can be used to open sash for cleaning

Thank you for posting. Take a closer at our 26-157 and 26-158 top tilt latch. Let us know if you think these would make good replacements for you.

I'm needing 4 of the 26-157 and 2 of the 26-158 ? I understand they Are no longer available do you have Replacements please? I thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, these two latches have no known substitute. I'm afraid this isn't something we're able to supply at this time.
