sash window tile latch

Question

Hello, I would like to replace this part (2 units on top upper corners of sash window). On my unit the nubs that stick out from the latches are extremely short and don't stick out more than 1 or 2 mm, so the sash window sometimes falls over with a slight disturbance. I'm not sure how they got this way, but it seems like they got broken off or got worn short. Do you have any suggestions? What further information is needed? this is a vinyl window. Thank you.

Start by comparing your tilt latch to our 26-244 and 26-420 to see if the dimensions of one of these replacements match up to yours.
