The larger handle looks similar to a surface mount handle set looks like our 82-005. However, the second handle set you show looks more like one used with screen doors, such as our 84-230. Were these from the same door, or from separate doors? If they're from the same door, I'd see if you could just use something like the 82-005 going forward, even if that requires drilling new holes. Let me know what you think.

Yes, sorry the larger handle is off a sliding glass door and the smaller flat one is off the sling screen door. On the larger latch The way it latch's is totally different.

Ah, you're right; this latch is definitely different. Take a look at our 82-009A instead. Look it over and let me know if you think this could work for you.
