there's 7+7 written on the part but can you help me identify this window coil balance with shoe assembly? thank you!

Thanks for your post! The 7+7 stamp likely indicates that the assembly can support 14lbs, which means the sash should weigh 28lbs.

I'm confident we can provide the replacements for this assembly, I'll just need to see a clear photo of the shoe. It may still be connected to the bottom of the sash.

Thanks for the additional photos. I believe the S140-14 Quick Tilt Assembly should work to replace your balances. Although, you'll need to be sure to compare the dimensions and double check the sash weight to be sure.

The compatible pivot bars are the 26-398 and 26-405. Their dimensions can be viewed on the website.
