Hey there, thanks for writing in! Your casement sash lock looks a lot like the 38-144 primary casement sash lock. This lock is non-handed so it can be used to replace the lock on either side of the window. The compatible keepers are part 38-276 and 38-277.

Look over the dimensions and compare them to you existing lock to confirm that this is the right fit for your window. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need.
