series 190 coil

I have the pella windows and the coils broke on one of them. The coil is marked with a 10 and is bronze 1/2" wide. Numbers dont match the numbers you show on your site. can I get theses coils or comparable?

Hello,

This looks like our 15-177 shoe, which is designed to be used with the Series 152 spring. We do not have a 10-pound strength option for the S152, but you can use two of the S152-5 on each side to support a 20-pound window sash. Thank you!
