series 2300 accu-weld coil balancer

Need to replace a coil balancer for a accu-weld 2300 series double hung replacement window size 29 x 46.
Part shows 7R.............any idea what part could replace this broken one?

Accu-Weld has been known to use our Series 140 spiral balance. Is this the same as yours? Based on the stamp, I would recommend the S140-7 for the right hand side.
