series 350 balance system for series 350 single hung window (vinyl)

A home owner from Roswell NM says:
window purchased 2009. Is a single hung window. MI manufacture comp. referred me to you in hopes of finding part. The spring system (coiled) on left side has broken.Tried to ID part in your system unable to locate. There seems to be 2 separate parts. Top spring encased in plastic casing screwed into side. A bottom part with coiled spring on top that snaps into a plastic casing that moves up and down.

Can you show me pictures of the hardware in question? Sounds like you might need a coil balance, in which case we would definitely need to see the pivot shoe and the spring itself.

Thank you! Please see our 15-199 pivot shoe, S160-3 coil spring, and 15-150S spring housing. Keep in mind that you only need to replace what parts are broken; if one of these are undamaged, there's no reason you can't reuse it.
