shoe replacement

Hi I havea MI window and door 3500 SH 12675845.4. The window doesn't stay open. From what I'm learning, the shoe plastic is broken. The ?pivot piece (screw thing) is stuck underneath the frame of the window so I think what I want to replace is the plastic part. I have no idea how to find this part on the website. The coil number is 6

Hello. It looks like you have a 15-180 Pivot Shoe (this part comes as both a metal cam and plastic shoe as one piece) and Series 190 Coil Balance springs, sold separately. For the clip cover, see the 15-186.

As far as the spring weight, you want to make sure the spring is stamped '6' and not '9'! If it is indeed a 6, it's the S190-640 6 pound spring. Otherwise, weigh the window sash these springs support. Give me that exact weight and I can confirm the spring weights you need.
