I bought several of the 195 replacement shoes to fix my windows. They fit in all dimensions but one-- they are too thick. Do you have a similar size that is thinner by about 1/8 inch?

Does the end of your metal channel have a deep groove? Does that groove match a similar groove in the stem of your shoe? If so, you have an old discontinued balance that is no longer made. You will need an all new Series 795 channel balance to repair your windows.
