shoes from Patriot windows

Question

These are from Patriot windows that were installed by Ryan homes in 2008. Patriot is now out of business. I am trying to find parts that will replace these. I have a picture of the tag on my window. I tried the 15-195B but they would not fit my channel

Hello,

The 15-195B would be the correct shoe but your balances have a groove in the shoe and at the base of the balance channel that ours does not. For this reason, I would recommend replacing both balances in the window with our S795 channel balances and swapping the 15-195 t-lock shoes that the stock balances come with the 15-195B. Just make sure you replace both balances in the window. Thanks for posting!
