shoes and balances

I want to replace a few shoes and balances Please tell me what I need to order My balance has the number 2030P on it. It's 21" long, 9/16" square.
The shoe has the number 92-642 on it. It's 1 !/4" wide and 1 1/4" tall. I do not know the window brand.

Thanks for writing in. We can replace this balance for you, but it will have to be custom made: the S770-21 with a 62-105 hook at the end. We just a little more information to get this started for you. Can you give us the exact weight of the window sash? Can you also tell us how many balances you need?

For your pivot shoe, see our 15-105. It looks you'll need to also use the 15-056, which is inserted in your shoe.
