simonton balance pivot shoes are breaking

Question

White plastic pivot shoe. Double hung windows manufactured in 2014. The shoes are all splitting in half. There are no markings on them other than, made in china. Are there replacements available? Any help is appreciated.

Your shoe resembles an older Simonton pivot shoe that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs.
