simonton double hung window

customers pivot shoes broke on both windows upper and lower and cant find parts for them, can you tell me which parts will work to fix this issue. Thanks in advance

Hey there!

Since this is a Simonton window, I recommend the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs. The video below will go over the replacement process. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
