pivot shoes broken on the windows shown in photos. would like to purchase assembly to replace.thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't use the sticker on your window to ID your hardware. We would have to see a photo of the pivot shoe removed from the window. Let me know if that's something you can get for us.

Unable at this time. Location is a summer home. Will get you pic when I'm there. Probably in a week or two

Thank you very much! You can use the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil balances to replace your old Simonton set up. The video below will go over the additional parts and details regarding the replacement process.
