Bottom window moves. Top is fixed. Appears to be double coil. Windows are probably 20 years old

Thank you for contacting us. I'm not sure I understand your question. Did you need a new coil balance system? If so, look at our 15-111 pivot shoe, Series 160 coil spring, and 15-150D double support (if you can't reuse your old one). Let me know what you think.

Some of my balance springs are broken I do not know where to get them or what type they are. Maybe you can I help me identify them.

Hello again! I made a suggestion for your balance system in my last response to you back on the 5th. Did you review the products I recommended? Is there any reason you think they won't work?
