single hung window sash balance and all sash hardware needed

Thanks for writing in! Your window balances are older, discontinued Crossbow balances. I'm certain they can be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balances but I'll need to know the length of an undamaged balance to confirm the correct replacement. 

If you do not have an undamaged version, I'll need to know the measurement for the height of the visible glass pane in the sash; only the glass your can see.
