slider handle pictures

Home Owner from San Clemente, Ca.

Hi, I have a slider that has a double hook latch system. The latches stick shut from time to time. I want to replace the latch lock assembly, but if I need to replace the hole handle and locking assembly I ok with that. The door was installed in July 2008 during a remodel and it was brand new. I believe the window company was ?Elite? and they are now out of business. I will send picture in the following email. Thank you for your time. Screw hole on the handles are approximately 3 7/8? center to center The handles are 10? long The locking device holes looks to be approximately 7 1/8? center to center Double hooks for locking

Thanks for contacting us, Jamie. Your handle appears to be in good shape so you probably won't have to replace that.

Take a look at our 82-239 lock and keeper set. You may be able to get this to work. This mortise lock does not have a face plate, however. If you need one with a face plate then take a look at the 82-265. This is the same as the 82-239 aside from that one difference.

You might also need to order the 82-249 keeper to go with the new lock. Take a look at the parts suggested to see what would work best on your door.
