Please recommend a replacement coil balance and the pivot bar, also need a pice of seal.

Hello,

It looks like you have an older version of the 15-180 balance shoe, which is used with the Series 190 coil springs and related items shown on our product pages. This assembly is often used with the 26-040 pivot bar. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to your original part.

As for your weatherstripping, review the dimensions of the 58-182 and 58-171 bulb seals below compared to yours. We'll also relate a few videos on this page to assist you with replacing your hardware. Thanks for posting!
