sliding door

Question

Hello . i tried to order a part from Swisco but end up being wrong part (order 1553541) the wrong part ordered was slightly to wide , didnt fit in slot of sliding door .Can you figure ou what part to order? thanks Mike Phillips

Sorry to hear the 82-265 didn't work for you. Is the body of the mortise lock identical, and just the face plate that's different? If so, then you might be able to use our 82-239 instead, which is the exact same mortise lock but has a different faceplate. In any event, you may just have to use your old faceplate.
