I'm afraid we don't sell an exact match for this handle set. I would say that our closest option is the 82-005, which has a 4-15/16" hole spacing. You would need to check the hole center spacing to verify that this matches, as well as the style of the actual latch itself. I don't see that in your photos but it is an important detail.
