Hello! This door lock assembly appears to be a match for our 82-030A. I feel confident that this is what you need, but please take note that the key cylinder and thumb lever are in a centered position between the screw holes and cannot be adjusted. That appears to be the same position as yours, but I thought I'd mention it just in case the angle of your photos was playing tricks on me. We have other handle sets with differing positions if you need them, just let me know.

Thanks for getting back to us. Might you be referring to the mortise? If so, this specific design is unfortunately not something that we can supply. This is a unique style that secures the door by locking into the frame using two screw-like protrusions. All of our mortise locks install using hooks, such as our 82-265, and we are unable to supply any other style. 

It may be possible to adapt your door to use a hook type like our 82-265, but you'd have to make sure that all of the other dimensions otherwise match. You'd also need a new keeper like our 82-249 to give the hooks something to latch onto, but this can be tricky. Since your door didn't use a keeper originally, there may not be enough room for the keeper to fit and allow the door to close. Just something to keep in mind if you wanted to pursue an adaptation like this.

The 82-030 handle set that I mentioned previously is available in Beige and is fully compatible with the 82-265 mortise.
