Lock includes interior side handle with 2 rotating metal locking metal pieces as well as exterior lock cylinder with deep housing, housing should cover the hole cylinder, cylinder shouldn't stick out as the door is super thin. lock cylinder and housing must be flush with the door. mounting screws and holes must be the same dimension as we cannot drill new holes in the door.

Hello,

the 82-063 would be our best replacement option for the old-style HiLite assembly shown in your photos. The determining factor would be how the dimensions below compare to yours, paying close attention to the 3-7/8" hole spacing. Unforutnately, we are not able to supply a version of this handle set with a keyed exterior handle, which I believe may no longer be available. Take a look and see what you think.

Good Evening Casey: I have the same latch on my sliding door (as the above picture, of which is broken as the inside hook does does latch to look the door. I want to replace the whole thing but understand that the set with a keyed exterior handle, may no longer be available. Is there something close or similar that comes as a set (keyed included) I can get to replace the whole thing.

The only other option we could offer would be to see if you could adapt a surface-mounted handle set like the 82-005 to work for your application, which is compatible with the 82-306 external keyed pull. Review the specifications and installation video below. Note that you would need to make new installation holes in the door and confirm if you have space on the door frame to mount the keeper.
