Middle part of the single piece is bent and broken in one piece, making it stick out from frame and difficult to lock

I am afraid I do not recognize this latch piece. Can you show us other hardware it works with? That might help narrow it down.

These are from another door with the same locking system and not broken face plate.

Thanks for getting back to me. It is possible this mortise lock is something like our 82-265, but it's tough to tell. Please compare and see how you think it matches up. if so, we carry just one type of keeper for this lock, the 82-249. have a look. Neither the keeper nor the mortise lock is typically so embedded in the door and door frame as the setup you are showing is. This must have been done out of necessity for some reason by whoever installed these doors. That said, see if you think this hardware could work for you.
