Thanks for posting. Without photos I cannot be certain; however I believe this is a handle set that is no longer available. Our 82-005 might be a viable substitute. It has a hole spacing of 4-15/16"; and its lock is built into the inside handle. Take a look and see if you think this item might work for you.
