Hello,

Your mortise lock reminds me of the 82-223 at first glance, depending on how the dimensions below compare to yours.

There's a good chance that we can supply a compatible handle set as well but we would need you to write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers since it's tough to get accurate measurements from photos. Thank you!

We'd be happy to look into replacements for your handles as well but, as we mentioned, we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers in to door to narrow down your options.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unforutnately, we do not carry a handle set with the 5" hole spacing that your door requires. We do offer the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set that would bypass the need for an internal mortise lock. Please note that the hole spacing of this handle set has 4-15/16" hole spacing, which would likely require making new installation holes in the door.

We also offer the 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing that is compatible with the 82-223 mortise but this would also require making new installation holes. If you decide to give either option a try, keep in mind that you would need to be careful not to hit the glass in the door. Thanks for posting!
