sliding glass door handle replacement

Hi, I'm trying to determine a suitable replacement for the handle in the attached pictures. It's quite old and seems that there are no similar repalcements avaialbel anymore. I've noticed the 82-261C and the 82-005 as possible replacements. Any other possibilities? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is a strange setup. We don't sell an exact match for it, but take a look at the 82-005 with 4-15/16" installation hole center spacing. This surface mount handle set comes with a keeper that must be mounted to the door jamb, but I'm not sure if you'll have the room for it. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
