It does not. The pertinent features of handle sets are the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole, and the mortise locks that the handle set is compatible with. Your old handle set should have the same 3-15/16" hole spacing the 82-089 has. The 82-089 is compatible with the 82-265, which is a newer version of your old lock.
