sliding glass door hardware with key set

Replacement for sliding glass door handle set 7.3/16 x 4-15/16 center

This is a very old set. The markings found on the handle are:

PD9192M or pattent #99713 1976 or 4973 very hard to make out.

Is the Swisco replacement set on the far left what I need along with the keyed side?

I really appreciate your help. I'm a widow and learning home repair.
