Depending on the diameter of your tube, you would need either the S600 or S900 to replace your original spiral balances. Unfortunately, we do not carry balance covers but a local hardware store may be able to supply them.

Take a look and compare your tilt latches to the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244. As for the pivot shoe shown still in the window jamb, I would recommend removing it to compare to the dimensions shown on the 15-129 product page. Thank you!
