spiral balance window adjuster with accessories

Question

I need 4 spiral balance - 30 inches long. The existing ones have a white tip. The weight of the window (using a bathroom scale) is 32#. The window is a double hung non-tilting sash. I need 8 plastic clips as shown on picture and 4 metal clips as pictured.

There is a sticker on the window which I have a picture of but can only load 5 pics so I will type what is on the sticker

Thanks for contacting us. Based on your pictures and information, I recommend our S500-30 spiral balance with a black tip color option. As for the metal balance carrier, I feel our 17-012 looks like a good choice. We also recommend a charging tool like our 75-005 to make installation easier, if you don't already have one.

I'm having trouble finding this white face guide. The closest we have to this style is our 67-002, but this definitely looks like it's too small. Could you tell me the specific dimensions for this part? I can't make them out from your photo.
